Nick Maloof – BIO
One way or another, real estate is often the focus of what brings us joy and comfort. It makes up a large part of our assets, serves as an investment, provides shelter from the elements, and generally helps us gather together and share ourselves, personally and professionally. Decisions regarding real estate should be made carefully, and that is why I or a member of my team would be honored to help!
I have been involved with real estate for many years, first as an attorney and then as a real estate broker. My personal motivation–and the one that I want for my companies and our team—is to have knowledge that is several cuts-above average, providing truly superior service with a smile. Real estate buying/selling/investing can be complicated, but I have found that demystifying it through education is the best way for clients to make their best choices. I am not a “middleman”, just looking for a commission and passing off the real challenges and problems to others. Rather, I’m an advocate for YOU and each member of our team here has the same approach.
My earlier years were in Brooklyn and Staten Island, New York, but Sacramento is where I’ve called home since I was 11 (a long time ago). I attended local schools (UC Davis for undergrad, McGeorge School of Law for my JD, and Sacramento State for my MBA) and am happily married with two lovely daughters. As a businessman, I’m involved in the community through the Children’s Receiving Home of Sacramento, the Sacramento Life Center, the Honor Group, and my own church. I love giving back a portion of what I’ve been blessed with, and look forward to helping you and your family meet your real estate goals!
